The Proof and Bake Club is a private online community for individuals who want to enter the bakery/donut business or expand their knowledge of baking.

Members of the club can connect and network with bakery owners, experts, bakers and hobbyists worldwide through real—life streaming video, chat or forum.

The Proof and Bake Club provides a venue to ask bakery—related questions from experts within the baking community. Imagine the successes you will have!

My name is Ed Chastain. I have over 20 years experience creating donuts, breads and pastries by scratch. The Proof and Bake Club is my vision to bring bakers together from any skill level, worldwide. I accomplish this by providing a private member—only community with a dynamic communications website.

Club members can easily enjoy or create all the listed applications. No downloading software or programs is necessary!

Secondly, the heart and soul of Proof and Bake Club’s is its real—time audio/video networking with member bakers. Enjoy unlimited topics of interest related to your favorite hobby or passion. The benefit to you—the baker—is that you have complete control over your discussion.

Additionally, a popular media technique within Proof and Bake Club is members have the opportunity to upload video clips of the own baking experiences and skills. The video clips are included in our very own galleries of images and videos. Also, members have the option of creating audio which is published on a podcast on your very own member blog. These are uploaded to our MP3 gallery.
